We are hiring “Accounting Manager ”
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed.
- Minimum 10 years of experience preferred in business environment, including accounting & tax supervision.
- Accounting, Internal control & tax knowledge.
- Very good command of English.
- Familiar with accounting standards and problem solving methodology.
- Possesses effective communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
Accounting Manager responsible for management, leadership and direction of accounting, with immediate responsibility or financial practices, maintenance of fiscal records, preparation of financial reports as well as in charge of statutory reporting.

- Guarantees the quality of the accounting & statutory reports.
- Prepares and maintains accounting records in accordance with EBC financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Responsible for developing a close working relationship with external auditors and communicating all issues to Financial Controller and CFO, and in charge of periodic auditing processes and general correspondents with the auditors
- Responsible for supervision of all Oracle ( Posting / Ledgers Reconciliation)
- In charge of the monthly high quality closing.
- Ensure monitoring the monthly cash counts audit regularly.
- Responsible for the monthly and year-end closing calendar process
- Ensure actual a reported in line with EAS and other reporting requirements.
- Develop people and especially the accounting team
- Assists in the issuing of financial statements on monthly/ quarterly/annual basis or when required.
- Seek for constant process improvements and harmonisation in collaboration with Financial Controller, define new processes and issue guidelines, directives or work Instructions where necessary.
- Develop and maintain appropriate internal control and ensure applications of policies.
