Capital international schools is seeking the following post :

 AP Accountant
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
• 3+ years’ experience as AP & Taxes Accountant.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, and General Math Skills
• New Cairo Residents are Preferable

Requirements:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Continuing to improve the payment process
• New Cairo Residents are Preferable
