Overseeing hiring process, which includes posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting face-to-face interview, assessments and performing reference checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
Preparing payroll requests for newly hired.
Revising expenses from each unit monthly.
Revise & confirm incentives monthly.
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
Experience in hiring blue collars is a must.
2-4 years of experience in same position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills in Excel -and Word .
