1-Bachelor of Civil/Arch Engineering Degree
2-Years of Experience: 7+
Brief_description_of_Job•
· Supporting the team members during the kickoff of new projects and during the overflow of tasks.
· Preparing the detailed time schedule for the project.
· Reviewing the contract, the bill of quantity, and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.
· Preparing periodical reports for the client including the schedule updates, resource histograms, S-curve, work volume, and areas of concern.
· Monitoring the project plan with the project team and highlight the causes of delay when needed.
· Preparing periodical targets for the project team to make sure that they deliver the project on time as Per the baseline plan.
· Issuing the internal progress reports being sent to the Planning Manager.
·Making the revised schedule to send it to the consultant for approval, After getting the approval regards the time extension from the consultant, start.
.Preparing the “close out” report in coordination with the project team.
