• Experience 2-3 years in the same field.

Job Description:

• Create highly detailed shop drawings for HVAC system.
• Prepare the proposed design drawing for projects
• Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC such as: loads calculations, static pressure drops, hydraulic, pipe sizing ,and duct sizing calculation
• Preparation of tender documents for the projects such as: (BOQ, Design Drawings, Specifications, Vendor List, contract requirements, Location of the project)
• Provide technical quality reviews and ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, Codes and Standards.
• Review and evaluate the technical as well as the commercial offers of related items and coordinate with sub-supplier to cover all inquiries.
• Prepare material submittal and Quantity survey.
• Prepare and review shop as built coordination & composite drawings.
• Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during the project to the manager for discussion and proper solution.
• Coordinate work between multiple project disciplines (electrical, civil & architecture)
• Follow up with procurement team and site work to provide necessary technical support.
