Customer Support Specialist - ABB
Your responsibilities
- The agent efficiently processes incoming requests through the different existing channels: phone, e-mails, web, chat, etc.in a professional, customer minded and friendly manner.
- The agent identifies the applicant and characterizes the nature of the request based on existing internal information resources and information provided by the applicant.
- The agent creates Leads/ Cases/ Opportunities in the appropriate system and / or transmits it to the right activity/ person by strictly applying the processes in place.
- The agent proactively informs customers of the status of their request and clarifies all questions. Ensure a positive Customer experience throughout the process.
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support profile.
- engineering background is a plus.
- Fluency in speaking French, English and Arabic languages is required.
