Sovalue Pharma is expanding and creating a new diabetes line seeking to hire District Sales Managers in following areas:
- Cairo 1
- Cairo 2
- Delta 1
- Delta 2
- Upper Egypt
- Achieve sales targets through a team of Product Specialists.
- Ensure implementation of sales plan for line- tracks, pushes and motivates sales team, reports & evaluates the progress and adjusts the plan when needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to assess the performance and ensuring they are meeting their sales targets.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the entire team.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Present feedback to the head.
- Interview, hire and develop candidates with a proven track record of sales success to build a highly productive sales team.
- Participating in setting the annual sales target.
- Allocate the sales targets in coordination with the team based on the geographic affinity for each product.
- Review them regularly and on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed
Years of Experience: 6-8 years in Diabetes including at least 2 years of experience in a Managerial position
