Collections Officer - Arab Bank

About the job

Accountable for:

Enhancing collection and reduce the delinquency ratios in Personal, Housing, and Auto loans, as well as credit cards.

Identifying reasons of delinquency, and communicate them to all related department in order to reconsider the policies and processes of granting loans / credit cards.

Following up the delinquent customers according to the bank’s policies, instructions and the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.

Studying the customers files ,who are required to be sent to the Credit Recovery Department.

Following up the visa reports which hadn paid to cover the required amounts through the Central Bank allowed period - 90 days - before classifying the account and following it.

Making field visits for the delinquent customers who have been getting great amounts of loans to guarantee a kind of communication with them.

Ensure completing of customer files documents that are diverted to the Credit recovery Department.

Arrange with centralization operation unit to discount the available amount in customers accounts that are authorized to restrict and assure the availability of the amounts.

 

Job Requirements:

Min. 1-2 years experience in a related field

Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Finance or Economics from a reputable university.

Fluency in English is a must

Excellent Communication and Time Mgt. Skills
