Senior Call center agent. Is required with the below qualifications.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Gender: Any
• Exp Not less than 6 to 8 years as a Senior Call center
• Age not exceeding 35 years
• Good computer skills.
• Candidates with the Experience in Telemedia
Location: Nasr City

As senior you will be responsible for
• Preparing communication “scripts” for different topics
• Preparing reports and analyses to improve the call center processes
• Ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency
• Leading the team and monitor their performance.
• Improving the team performance.
• Coaching the team regarding processes and practices, and policies and explain the company goals and expectations.
• Liaising with all departments for any inquiry.
