How your day will look like:
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Boost relationships with key customers and clients
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Very good in English and MS Office
– Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
