Al Watania Poultry is Hiring Marketing Specialist:

👌🏻 Job Description:

– Ensures, monitors, and follows up on the performance of customers well and provides his direct manager with periodic reports of his observations.
– Contributes to setting standards and metrics on which to base the evaluation of the Sales channel, so be their general standard conditions for evaluation are flexible and measurable.
– Submit a quarterly report to his sales channel (senior customers – agents) and presented it to his direct Manager.
– Submit a monthly report to his direct manager evaluating the views of agents and senior customers of products and services provided by Watania through the writing of their complaints, Suggestions, take technicality notes, sales notes, and marketing notes.
– Provides direct recommendations regarding the performance of various sales sectors.
– Make sure to apply the privileges provided to customers in the period of participation and festivals
– Participate with his direct manager in setting the estimated budget of the department and follow up any related tasks assigned by his direct manager.
– Preferred to have experience in Larger Groceries Sector (LG).

👌🏻 Job Requirements:

– Bachelor degree in Business Administration, marketing major required.
– 3-5 years of working experience.
– Excellent knowledge of marketing tools and channels.
– Excellent Arabic & English language skills.
– Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
– Hard worker, working under pressure.
– Communication skills – verbal and written.
– Data collection, management, and analysis.
– Team player and Time Management skills.
– Ability to travel to our governorates of Egypt.
– Office work ( 20% ) and Outdoor Visits ( 80% ).
