Job Description
- Deliver services at the defined Service Level Agreements/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth on-boarding, training, process and support documentation and aids for colleagues as needed.
- Upon receipt of an Interview Scheduling Request, coordinate all internal and external candidate interviews (video, phone, and in-person) with a prescribed list of interviewers.
- Manage pre-employment process for pending hires.
- Deliver the highest quality candidate experiences to ensure that Global Business Services is well perceived as an employer of talents.
- Provide timely communication and counsel to Global Business Services HR Business Partner, hiring teams, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle Cairo Business Services hub facility set up preparations and logistics when needed.
- Support in uploading recruitment tracker ensuring that the hiring status is updated.
- Responsible for the TA library to ensure data are up to date, accurate and saved successfully.
- Administer the issuance of employee development plans and update learning database on regular basis.
- Ensure completion of Performance cycle through close follow up with people managers to meet deadlines.
- Review randomly cascaded objectives to ensure being “SMART” and aligned with functional objectives.
- Ensure timely and maximum percentage completion of functional employees during organization health survey (OHS).
- Ensure high attendance rate in Global Learning Programs and follow up on feedback submission.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any relevant discipline.
- English fluency is a must with excellent interpersonal skills.
- 0-1 year of experience in HR Coordinator role
