Job Description
Constructing the baseline Schedules for all projects.
Working and supplying the labor productivity rate, and downloads the program with all the required resources of labor, equipment, and materials.
Reviewing the S Curve Virtual Progress Plan, and makes weekly default updates to the program until the end date of the project is reached.
Preparing the hierarchical structure of the works (WBS) Work Break down Structure, and make sure that the hierarchical structure is as compatible as possible with the approved divisions in the bill of quantities.
Reviewing and verifies the cash flow chart, and matches the owner's financing capacity.
Monitoring the process of, following up and developing the timeline program by comparing it with the base program, and the process of updating the schedule at periodic intervals.
Ensuring the correctness of the actual data during the periodic follow-up of the project provided by multiple sources. ·
Reviewing and approves invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.
Reviewing the monthly reports submitted by the project manager to determine the extent to which the financial and technical deviations were corrected, and to determine the extent of the project management's commitment to the recommendations and proposals previously submitted.
Determining critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements and identifies the critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Project Management (PRMG) or PMP certified is a plus.
Primavera –MS Project, Power BI and Auto CAD/Office.
5-7 years in Planning and Cost Control Department.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word - Excel - and PowerPoint).
BIM (Navisworks manage or synchro ) knowledge is a plus
