BokDoc is going to hire a “General Accountant” with the following criteria:
Responsibilities:
•Manage all accounting transactions
•Collection follow-up of account receivables.
•Ensure timely bank payments
•Cash transaction booking on the accounting system.
•Prepare treasury statements and ensures compliance with the accounting policies and procedures of the organization
•Auditing contracts, orders, and vouchers, and preparing reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement
•Monitoring, ensuring compliance with debt covenants and paying debts and supplier invoices in a timely manner
•Assisting in calculations and issuing financial analysis of the financial statements
•Assembling information for external auditors for the annual audit
•Recording cash receipts

Job Requirements
•BSc/Ba in accounting, finance.
•Experience 3 to 5 years
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
•Good command of English
•Excellent organizing abilities
•Great attention to detail
•Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
