- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.
- +20 years of experience with at least 10 years in the same position.
- Strong experience managing infrastructure projects.
- Excellent management & communication skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Construction experience is a must.
- PMP Certified.
