“Network Senior Engineer”
Ø Support different Fiber Misr solutions with our customers in terms of Monitoring, configuration assistance, Problems resolving, TAC engagement, New features explanation and Migration plans
Ø Install, configure and implement different networking devices such as Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers and Servers
Ø Prepare project documentations: low level designs, implementation and testing plans.
Ø Maintain and deploy Netscout services within the SP networks.
Ø Install, implement, configure and test LAN/WAN solutions
Ø Prepare projects documentations: Low Level Design, Implementation plan, and testing plan.
Ø Work as L2 support to troubleshoot and resolve customers issue
Ø Interface with vendors support to solve customer issue
Ø Perform network audits
Ø Prepare and perform Proof of Concepts and Demo
Ø Previous Experience: 3-5 years
Ø Familiar with Unix/Windows, monitoring, and securities systems infrastructure SPAM control, IDS analysis, Microsoft Office suite, network operating systems, SQL, LAN, Cisco, laptop and email encryption.
