-BSc in Civil or Architectural Engineering
-3 - 5 years experience in the same position
-Good communication with construction companies and consultants
▪ Market study for a specific area.
▪ Initiation and maintaining successful relationship resident engineers in sites within a specific area.
▪ Initiation and maintaining successful relationships with real estate developers sites within specific area.
▪ Initiation and maintaining successful relationships with technical office managers within specific areas.
▪ Gathering information within the area to contribute in building and updating the department data base.
▪ Project follow-up (Initiation – documentation – samples – approval – price offering through and with the sales person) within the specified area.
▪ After sales technical follow up and reporting any problems.
▪ Issuing plans and reports in time.
