Job Description :

Design, configure, deploy, and maintain the state enterprise network infrastructure.
Evaluates and performs planning, testing, and implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
Maintains system documentation and configuration data for regulatory and audit purposes.
Troubleshooting and escalating issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary, to maintain network performance.
Provided technical support to computer system users on reported issues and service requests.
Monitor network performance and optimize the network for optimal speed and availability.
Check the cables and repair it with the technician if there any problem.
Maintained network security standards and escalation of situations requiring urgent attention.
Collect and analyses operational data and send it to service owner.
Install, Maintain, and Troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, and wireless AP’s from various manufacturers
Created and maintained documentation relating to network configurations, network diagrams, LAN hardware and version records.

Job Requirements :

Experience in implement, managing and maintaining networks.
Experience with network security and networking technologies and with security, and network monitoring tools
Thorough understanding of the latest network principles, techniques, and protocols
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
Certified CCNA routing & switching. (CCNP switching is plus)
Minimum 1-year experience in the same field.
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
