MEDMARK is hiring a Customer Services Agent – Customer Care Department
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
– Experience required: 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service is a Plus.
– Required Background: Science background (Scientist-Veterinarian-Science teacher etc…) is Preferred.
– Fluent English language is a MUST.
– Assisting people in challenging and critical situations.
– Work in Medmark Customer Care department “ Alarm Center “ providing assistance to our customers for pre-authorizations and medical concierge services.
– You will work alongside a passionate team of medical background delivering high quality services to our members.
– Answering a high volume of calls from members asking for pre-authorizations and medical concierge services.
– Coordinating hospital admissions/ Outpatient services related pre-authorizations and assistance needed, liaising with clients and concerned teams (Hotline Team & Patient Relations Team).
– Working hours: 8 Hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM – Friday & Saturday “ Weekend “
