Job Description

We are hiring

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.

• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.

• Support month-end and year-end close process.

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

• Liaise with Chief Accountant to improve financial procedures.

Job_Requirements:

• Experience for general accounting & treasury.

• Excellent computer skills • Working experience with ERP systems is advantageous

• Experience 5 years at least.

• Good in English (written & spoken).

Senior_Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc.

• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.

• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status

• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.

• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.

• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

• working closely with the operations and project teams.

• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

• Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and pricing policy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. 

• Min 8 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in Manufacturing is preferred.

• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.

• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.

• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.

• Able to work independently and highly meticulous.

• Working experience with ERP systems is advantageous
