Digital Marketing Performance Manager

Job Purpose:

As BRANTU’s Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you are in charge of planning, managing and evaluating our digital marketing budget, investment and return, optimization and development. You are primarily accountable for successful 360-degrees execution and performance of metrics and objectives that keep BRANTU’s positioning and performance ahead of competition.

Accountabilities:

Evaluate BRANTU’s Digital Marketing strategies, develop existing channels and continuously introduce enhancements

Use data driven approaches optimise marketing spend by collaborating internally (Marketing Team) or with external agencies if required; ensuring quality and ROI is the driving force to decision making

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising

Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels that best speaks to our customers

Design, build and maintain BRANTU’s social media presence

Measure, maintain and report on campaign performance, budgets and assess against objectives (ROI, KPIs and other metrics)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Working closely with Marketing Communications, introduce new and creative growth strategies, educating all BRANTU teams on the conformance of digital marketing content

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages that attract optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

About You:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing – or relevant – specialization

6+ years of experience across Digital Marketing and Performance execution and monitoring

Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience in digital campaigns, ROI measurement, SEO, SEM and can translate this knowledge into elevating BRANTU’s Digital Marketing’s reac

Experienced in e-commerce and sales focused to help maximize conversion and cross-selling.

Interest, knowledge and experience in Fashion & Apparel is a great plus
