Technical Office Architect

Job Description

Quantity surveying

Making as-built drawings shop drawings.

Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects.

Attending meetings with our clients.

Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings.

Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.

Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.

Draw and print rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.

Layout and plan interior design arrangements using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.

Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in architecture engineering is a must.

2-3 years of experience, 1 year at least in the same role in construction companies.

Willing to work in the head office

Good user of engineering computer software (AutoCAD - Revit - Sketchup)
