Job Description

Fawry Microfinance is hiring HR Manager

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head of HR in company/s with 300+ employees.

· Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university preferably supplemented by a HR certification.

· Experience with developing, getting top management approval and implementing strategies, recruitment plans, employee onboarding and development plans.

Scope of work :

· In accordance with FMF strategy identify relevant staff profile and design job descriptions.

· Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure selection of the best calibers

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.

· Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to make sure reliability and fairness of Performance assessments.

· Develop standards and onboarding & training plans for staff development.

· Ensure implementation of compensation and benefits models.

· Ensure abiding by all labor laws in terms of social insurance and employee’s relations.

· Monitor company’s policies and labor negotiations to ensure compliance.
