HR Personnel Specialist
A Multinational company LOCATED 10TH OF RAMDAN (Coats Egypt) .

Description:
– Enter timesheet data into the personnel payroll system.
– Handel all social insurance issues
– Review on calculation of vacations balance.
– Record employee’s data on workflow program.
-Review timesheets for competeness.
-Solve problems for both employee’s.
-Receive employees requests.
-Implement Employees files
-Modify any data regarding to time attendance.
-Follow up the maintenance for time machine.
-All others job-related duties as asigned.
Qualifications:
– 1_2 years of experience
– Interpersonal skills & communication skills
– Problem analysis & problem solving
– Maintaining skill & persuading skill
– Report writing skill
– Decision making
– Strong Labor law & Social Insurance background- Proficiency in microsoft office
