Tele sales Agent

Icon Digital is looking for a well-spoken Tele sales Representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone.

Responsibilities :-

potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.

• Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.

2. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. Creative thinking skills.

5. The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

6. Good sales ability.

7. Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

8. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

9. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

10. Graduated is must

11. Working as tele sales on KSA market is plus

12. Experience 1 – 3 years at the same position
