About the Job

•Receive & sort out customer complains.

•Developing relationships with customers.

•Contract and make deals with new customers

•Maintain relationships with clients by providing supports and information.

• Coordinate with direct manager and the customers for site visits.

•Prepare to complain closure reports with the customers.

• Prepare a monthly status report to the direct manager. •Ensuring that all documents are completed after

resolving customer complaints.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.

•years of experience in LV & MV Panels - Maintenance 2-3

and Contracting Field.

•Excellent problem solving & communication skills.

•Ability to work under pressure.

•Ability to work in team Working days are 5 Working hours are from 9am to 5pm

Salary-Commissioning depend on Interview
