Real Estate Sales Consultant

:Main Duties

Promote and present our company and its services within the market to attain to our objectives.

Build a strong clients database as well as available properties for sale to facilitate the workflow.

Achieve targets within the scheduled time and framework to accomplish required tasks.

Understand the clients’ desires and their economic capabilities to discover the appropriate deal.

Collaborate with Capital’s Team members in all the departments to achieve the defined goals.

Conduct surveys to define clients’ needs.

Draft and provide reports to the Direct Manager about the clients’ needs, problems and interests to maintain a sustainable customer satisfaction.

Conduct clients meetings ( at the office, projects’ sites, and developers Companies’ premises etc..)

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties ‘value.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

6 Months up to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Field.

Strong negotiation skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

knowledge of MS Office.
