PROJECS, a construction management company located in Beverly Hills, El Sheikh Zayed is looking for Junior/Planning engineers.

Planning engineers are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with the relevant specifications standards.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s in construction engineering, civil engineering or architectural engineering.

· 0-2 years of experience For Juniors 

· 2-5 for Planning Engineers

– Fluent English Language.

– BIM knowledge is a plus.

Job duties:

– Prepare Project baseline for initial approval from contractor.

– Inputs the work breakdown structure to assess the required project duration time, resources and cash flow of the project.

– Update project schedule based on the time frame mentioned in the contract.

– Schedules, plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities.

– Prepares the monthly Progress reports.

– Performs Project Delay Analysis.

– Analyzing engineering drawings and specifications.

This job requires adhering to an American Workweek system . Saturdays and Sundays are off.

Living in Sheikh Zayed or October is a Plus.
