El-Saba Automotive is hiring now “Telemarketing Specialist

Location: “ Mansoura

Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers (that did not fully purchase the products) through phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Enter and update customer information in the database

Customer Service Department in the showroom

Follow up on all leads generated to filter them and be turned into visits

Follow up on all visits as per customer service schedule to assess the customer satisfaction as per planned

Customer reception in case the sales representative is busy

Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system

Report to CRM & Telemarketing Head

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

At least 2 years of experience

Strong communication skills - including active listening and clear articulation

Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully

Ability to multitask - manage time - and prioritize

Able to work individually and as a team
