Fresh graduate Call Center agent At NBK Bank
We are currently looking for “Call Center agent” with the below criteria:
- Handle customer questions, Complaints and inquires with the highest degree of courtesy and peofessionalism to resolve customers issues with one call resolution . Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business . may assist in training the new employees . Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication , and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- First point of customer contact for general inquires like tariff , charges and products, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor degree of commerce of any related university.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in relevant field.
