Production Engineer

A leader Factory located at f of October city for building materials field in Egypt and Middle East seeking to hire :

( Production Engineer-Acrylic Paints)

Responsibilities :

Comply with all HSE rules and instructions.

Stop the production processes if there is any unsafe condition according to golden rules of HSE.

Implement production plan set by planning department according to OTIF principle.

Ensure that the machines work at optimal level in terms of productivity and efficiency.

Continuous update for S.O.P and WIs (work instructions)of all machines and production processes.

Professional Trouble shooting for any problem may appear in production activities to achieve max quality and productivity.

Work to eliminate customers’ complaints through ensuring production process consistency and packing process also.

- QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial chemistry / Paint technology.

English Language (very good).

Experience from 3 to 5 years in paints production.

Knowledge in Machine (HSD’s & Filling M/C’s) handling & operations
