Duties & Responsibilities

Develops a creative and engaging social media strategy to manage the target audience –customers and captains.

Determines the right social media channel mix and manages those channels to create the maximum business impact.

Manages the the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

oversees, plans and delivers content across different platforms managing projects and campaigns

Translates business goals into social media engagement plan.

Improves engagement and outreach.

Contributes to the development of the Careem brand setting targets for brand awareness and customer engagement.

Undertakes audience research and segmentation.

Skills

A total experience of no less than 5 years.

Strong track record in a similar role or in an agency managing portfolio of accounts.

Knowledge of latest trends in social media management/ engagement and experience in working with different platforms.

Strong network in the industry whether with social media companies or influencers of those channels.

Profound experience in digital.

Data oriented having strong analytical and presentation skills.
