Monitor Intercompany balances.
Monitoring and controlling all Cost & Revenue related accrual.
Close Supervision on Monthly Reconciliations of all Balances.
Maintaining controls over all overdue balances and aging updates
Manage month-end closing process according to Group Closing Schedule
Reviewing monthly KPIs and all reconciliations related to Balance Sheet accounts
Review Trial balance to capture any fluctuation to investigate and report to the management.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• AR Collection
• AP settlement
• Accruals booking & reversals
• FOREX booking

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Ensure effective communication flow between business and accounts payables team.
• Monitor monthly amortization to reflect the accurate expense in the month.
• Prepare Analysis for currency fluctuation.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
A. Education & Experience:
• University High degree is a must.
• Proven record of performance management and responsibility of Business or Financial KPIs.
B. Skills and Abilities:
Excellent computer skills - Word - Excel - PowerPoint.
Perfect command of English language written and spoken.
Self-motivated - disciplined and organized.
Able to work under limited supervision and meet the deadlines
Ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining professional standard.
Excellent communication skills in terms of speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with cross-functional teams
