SIGMA IT is hiring for #Vendor in Egypt “Smart Velage” the follwoing role:

– Technical IT Support

Project and Job Role description

Seniority level = could be a mid-level Technical IT support engineer who understands Microsoft OS and Cisco basic.

Language skills required: English #fluent (resources will need to support local IT infrastructure but will receive instructions remotely from IT infrastructure leads located in various countries)

List of activities:

Hands & Eye activities such as:

Accepting shipments and storing them in warehouse

Inventory of assets.

Patching of cables

Checking power & Connectivity status during outages.

Fault reporting and follow-ups with local Telco & ISP

Providing remote access via laptop /Mac to AT&T engineers.

Racking and stacking of network equipments.

Wireless Access point support

Performing Compliance checks on LAN room

Support structured cabling in LAN room

Assisting Scrapping process

Site survey
