Ecovis Elkadeem & Co. (a German accounting firm in Heliopolis) is hiring a Junior Accountant

• Qualifications / Responsibilities:

Bachelor degree English section is must.

• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

• Assist with reviewing of expenses payroll records withholding tax etc. as assigned

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

• Data Entry and Book Keeping Enter data into computer system using defined computer programs (Quick Books) (an accounting system)

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

• Proven experience as a junior accountant

• Active learning and listening

• Fluent in English

•Excellent organizing abilities

•Great attention to details

•Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

•Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Working hours 9 AM - 5 PM (Sun – Thu) salary depends on experience
