This position is responsible for managing the accounting, compliance and HR admin activities of DH Egypt entity.
Reports to Danaher CFO MEA & Turkey
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of annual budget for the LE Cost Centre
Quarterly report for Corporate CC on spends YTD v budget and forecast; and forecast for the year v budget and previous forecast
Expense reports/Charge backs
Handling Bank accounts, cheque and payment issuance and cash flow management
Sourcing & Vendor Qualifications And Process Vendor Payments
Prepare and maintain a proper documentation for external parties” such as external auditor, tax authorities
Ensuring adherence to Danaher policies, e.g. travel, insurance, etc.
Review internal and compliance audits and address with OpCo’s when required
Ensuring high general compliance standards.
Oversee all local statutory audit and tax return preparation.
Other Financial And Accounting Matters As Required
Manage hiring & onboarding activities in liaison with region OpCo and DHR HR
Represent the legal entity on all Labor relations related issues
Payroll accounting and management of payroll vendor (income tax accounting, social security and pension deductions
Company and associates’ employment records keeping
Manage health insurance negotiations and renewal
Education: University degree, Finance/BA
3 years in financial accounting or finance shared service, controllership
Payroll/HR accounting, Sourcing & vendor management
Ability to put in place and sustain the right level of controls
Ability to demonstrate Strong Financial analysis skills.
