Position: Market Analytics & Digital Manager

Reports to: Customer Excellence Head - LevantE

Location: Egypt or Lebanon

Summary Of Job Description

The Market Analytics & Digital Manager is responsible for driving our “Winning With Data" capability through helping internal stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions for all AbbVie brands. She/he will help facilitate and develop actionable recommendations that address key business needs and improve our effectiveness, based on market insights and data analytics.

The Market Analytics & Digital Manager will also play a direct role in digital transformation to implement new channels and tools.

Major Responsibilities

Provide regular support to Brand Teams, and active participation in Brand Team meetings and the brand planning process

Regularly assess the information needs of Brand Teams and propose methods for Brand performance tracking, benchmarking, and KPI / ROI measurements

Monthly analysis of In-Market Sales (IMS) performance of AbbVie and competitor brands to identify areas of business opportunity and growth

Manage Local and/or Global performance analytics dashboards and reports

Coordinate Market Research activities and provide analysis and insights to Brand Teams

Read and interpret Pharmaceutical / Healthcare reports (IQVIA, MEA Business Group, etc.) to provide Affiliate Management Team with regular industry highlights and trends

Develop and analyze SFE KPI reports, and share areas of IFT effectiveness improvement with Management Team

Support successful implementation of our digital transformation through the upload and analysis of the Multi-Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) and digital dashboard analysis

Provide learning plans for affiliate roles to embed new capabilities and drive performance.

Track completion of learning plans and provide models to measure impact on performance.

Qualifications

Knowledge / Skills

Knowledge of the Brand Planning cycle and process, and basic Marketing principles

Ability to understand Market Research and Healthcare industry reports

Business acumen and knowledge of Commercial aspects

Knowledge of Finance fundamentals and planning processes

Report preparation and analysis

“Winning With Data” – ability to analyze and interpret data to help the business make informed strategic decisions

Presentation and business communication capabilities

Experience

Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience in Levant countries & Egypt.

Previous Sales Management and/or Brand Management experience is a must

Experience in working cross-functionally or in a matrix organization

Experience in financial planning and business performance reviews

Experience in market research and / or managing CRM systems (VeeVa) is a plus

Experience in learning models and platforms is a plus

Experience with Tableu, Qliksense / Qlikview platforms is a plus

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must

BA or BS degree required. Advanced degree (e.g. MBA or MA / MS) preferred.
