Principal Project Engineer

Job Details

Receive the Project over System with all needed information to dedicate all needed resources and devices as per the contract and Business Case to reach the customer acceptance and satisfaction of the service provided.

discuss Revenue monthly target with senior Supervisor

Track and analyze the actual performance against that planned and make adjustments consistent with project objectives.

Develop the installation & connection plan to cover all the needed tools, resources (installation team), needed devices and spare parts, timely measured installation process, in addition to taking into consideration the contract commitment, in order to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure high level of service provided.

Act as project owner to present the customer the plan cycle and coordinate between different department to ensure the smooth implementation and prompt action or decision taken in case of any problem that may occur.

Follow up on the project implementation plan through periodical contact, meetings and mails with the installation team to ensure smooth service and high quality given to the customer.

Audit and supervise all amendments within the project installation plan upon customer/or contractor requirements during project life cycle.

Develop and prepare a periodical reporting system to be sent to the customer and management to cover all contract agreement points versus actual achievements in plan and the schedule for the installations and any extra points.

Manage change to preserve business plan commitments.

Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

Establish a base of connection with the customers to follow up on their requirements along the implementation of the installation and connection plan and specially to receive their final acceptance upon finalizing the plan process.

Supervise the closing procedure after the customer acceptance of the project to ensure to hand over to operations team to follow up on the customer full satisfaction.

Qualifications Essential

University degree in engineering , Computer Science

Qualifications Desirable

PMP

Experience Essential

3-5 y of experience in similar position

Experience Desirable

Previous experience in Networking, Data carrier and telecommunication is preferable
