You will

Generate profitability sales and develop long term business

Be responsible for P&L and accountable for end-to-end customer relationship across all touch points from sales, delivery to operations

Influence Customers vision and strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer visions, strategies & requirements

Identify business opportunities, identify customer business needs through consultative engagements

Drive opportunities to deals, conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customer

Drive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build

Ensure quality and profitability in delivery

Ensure alignment with all parties and G/CU groups.

To be successful in the role you are

Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar

Min years of experience: 7-10 years of experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry.

You must have held similar role or senior account manager for a large account or territory with at least 500-KSEK of sales annually

Proven track record of selling the full Ericsson portfolio across RAN, CORE, BSS and MS

Experienced of negotiating and closing large commercial deals

Credibility and ability to engender trust with the C-suite

Proven ICT thought leadership
