-Monthly Reporting on time for Actual & Forecast according to group timeline in the reporting tool.

-Support on the Management reporting preparation and other required reports

-Distribute the act vs Fct by CC to every CC owner every month with the justifications.

-Follow up on headcounts and distribute the HC/FTE by CC every month to all the CC owners and HR team

-Follow and maintain the monthly closing/reporting procedure

-Monthly review of actual vs forecast for the P&L by CC and follow the required adjustments if any.

-Clear analysis of the gap vs forecast in all the CC

Check the costs booked under CC and reallocate in case of error

Clear analysis on the U/O recovery by month

Follow up on hours and materials driving the recoveries and explain deviations

Close collaboration with the project’s controllers on the rolling forecast, budget and GM movements

Participation in the preparation of country budget (3YP) and rolling forecast and all type of forecast.

Follow up the central fees and the accrual and invoices

Check the Fi-Co reconciliation and business accuracy every month to make sure no deviations

Supporting the external audit and other required analysis

Qualification And Experience

University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Commerce

At least 7 years of experience

Good English language is a must, French will be an advantage

Having accounting, reporting background is a plus

excellent communication & presentation skills

SAP experience is a must

CMA holders will be preferred.
