Electrical section head

Responsible for all maintenance activities (breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance).

Diagnose breakdown problems.

Implement maintenance plans, strategies, procedures and methods.

Monitor and control maintenance costs.

Make all reports about the Maintenance operations

Manage the Maintenance team to ensure that they perform their tasks according to the procedures.

Perform day to day total productive maintenance.

Supervise maintenance plans of utilities equipment (boilers, air compressors,.....)

Maintain a safe working environment and food safety standards.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: From 5 to 10 years of experience in the maintenance and projects of food industries (preferable to be in cake and bakeries products)

Preferable knowledge of bakery machines and its electricity circles (drives, motors, automation,....)

Strong knowledge of electrical equipment

Electronic knowledge is a plus

Good English Language
