IPA are a leading supplier of providing recruitment solutions to a multinational insurance company. On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a temporary, but on-going assignment, based in Alexandria. You will be responsible to perform and manage the Accounts Payable process and processing invoices for suppliers. The successful candidate will be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. In this role, you will aslo be responsible for: Providing accurate accounts payable services Participating in reconciliation activities and identify and report on unusual transactions Accurately process transactions in accordance with current finance procedures, regulations and policy Performing administrative tasks to support the effective operation of the team. In order to be successful in your application, you will have/demonstrate the following: Excellent attention to detail and a team player Experience with Netsuite is highly desirable Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation
