Requirements:

· 5+ years of progressive experience in the Real Estate Marketing field.
· Good Command of English and good using for Microsoft office.
· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills and a Team Player.
-Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
Works with writers and artists and oversees copy writing - design - layout, paste-up - and production of promotional materials.
