Job Description
Head of Marketing
Main Responsibilities
Drive Marketing Performance planning and optimization across all JumiaPay countries to ensure achievement of business
OKRs in terms of active users, buying customers, orders, and ROI from marketing investments
Be the key point of contact of JumiaPay business partners on all marketing-related topics, as well as of local CMOs for all JumiaPay related topics
Develop JumiaPay’s brand strategy and brand calendar for consumer services in cooperation with the functional Brand team
Lead campaign planning for JumiaPay Consumers and financial services to grow user engagement through the launch of rewards, games and new services. From defining the yearly seasonal campaign calendar per country to steering weekly JumiaPay campaigns within JumiaPay, Shopping and Food apps with local JumiaPay teams
Work closely with channel owners to drive optimization of digital channels such as Paid Online Marketing and CRM, and co-lead development of strategic initiatives specific to JumiaPay’s industry to innovate marketing operations
Support and grow local JumiaPay marketing functions, starting from local growth hackers ensuring close coordination with
JumiaPay Consumers teams and sync with CMOs and marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
3/5 Years of Experience as a Marketing Manager
Understanding of customer journeys, customer experience and retention
University Graduate,specialization in business or Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience in Fintech/E-commerce environment is a plus.
Good team player - and confident presenting to stakeholders.
Strong communication - interpersonal & management skills.
Strong data analysis - strategic and analytical skills - high detail orientation.
