Quantity Engineer

Responsibilities

- Gathering of all data of a project.

- Preparing detailed bill of quantity for each project

- Approval of team’s bill of quantity

- Managing team to meet deadlines of projects

- Analysis of boq’s

- Work with a cost effective mind set

- Work in close proximity with all departments to assure adherence to set project budget

- Communicating with client’s to resolve any issues

- Follow up on market prices

Requirements:

· - 5 – 10 years in a similar position

· - Bsc. Civil/architecture engineer

· - Leadership skills

· - cost estimation skills

· - Organization skills

· -Management skills

· -Excellent AutoCAD and Revit knowledge
