مطلوب مهندس موقع (تشطيبات داخليه راقية) ،

 نبحث عن مهندس موقع يتمتع بمهارات قيادية قوية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. تشمل مسؤوليات مهندس الموقع إدارة الوحدات "تنفيذ و تشطيب" و الاشراف علي العمال و الموردين، وإعداد تقديرات لتكاليف الوقت والمواد ، واستكمال ضمان الجودة ، ومراقبة كافة المعايير في الموقع.

خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات..

تشمل المهام الرئيسية للوظيفة ما يلي:

• الإشراف على أعمال التشطيبات .

• فحص التصاميم الفنية والرسومات للتأكد من اتباعها بشكل صحيح.

• الإشراف على الموظفين المتعاقدين.

• التنسيق مع مهندسي المكتب الفني الآخرين.

• حساب الكميات ومراجعة أبعاد المواد وتسعير الأصناف المختلفة.

• خلفية تشطيب قوية مع مراعاة التفاصيل

• ضمان تلبية حزم المشروع المواصفات والميزانيات و / أو الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.

• تقديم المشورة الفنية وحل المشكلات في الموقع.

• التفاوض مع الموردين والبائعين لضمان أفضل جوده و احسن سعر.

We are hiring, site engineer required (high-end interior finishes), 

We are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. Site engineer responsibilities include managing the units "execution and finishing", supervising workers and suppliers, preparing estimates of time and material costs, completing quality assurance, and monitoring health and safety standards on site.

At least 4 years of experience.

Allure Interior Design located in the Fifth Settlement.

The main job duties include:

• Supervising the finishing works.

• Examine technical designs and drawings to ensure they are properly followed.

• Supervision of contracted personnel.

• Resolve conflicts arising between the various design components.

• Coordination with other technical office engineers.

• Calculating quantities, reviewing material dimensions, and pricing different items.

• A strong finishing background with careful attention to detail

• Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and / or timelines.

• Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.

• Preparing site reports and filling in other papers

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality and best price.
