El Mansour Development for Real estate is seeking for Mechanical Design Engineer (Plumbing, Fire, HVAC)

Description

•Design specific plumbing, firefighting, HVAC & mechanical engineering systems in accordance with the work program of a project or as requested within his Section

•Responsible for efficient & effective design of plumbing & firefighting & mechanical engineering works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.

•Verifies that all designs, drawings & documents are to current codes & standards & in accordance with PCE policies & manuals

•Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the project architect, as applicable

•Producing complicated drawings & charts in a specialized field, involving planning, layout, bill of materials, etc. for major installations

•Responsible for generation of Assembly drawings & bills of materials

•Responsible for meeting design to cost figures

•Responsible for carrying out design change requests in a timely manner

•Participates in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs & codes

*2-4 years of experience is required
