CPAS is looking for a

Business Development Engineer

• Responsibilities:

– Preparing technical and financial proposals for clients.

– Working with the internal team on different duties & responsibilities in tenders, contracts, and client follow-up.

– Seeking, preparing, and negotiating tenders with respect to the scope of work and pricing schedule.

– Participating in the technical aspects of contract drafting and negotiations, in cooperation with the senior management and clients.

– Practicing and identifying new prospects to acquire new clients or upgrading CPAS’ qualifications or open other business opportunities.

– Presenting CAPS’ qualifications to potential clients.

– Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

• Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Architectural engineering is a MUST.

– 8 years of experience, in Business Development in the Engineering Consultancy field.

– 5 years of experience, in tendering in the Engineering Consultancy field.

– Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

– Good knowledge of MS Office.

– Fluent Arabic & English (written & spoken).
