EgyBell is now hiring

a Personal Assistant

for one of the leading companies in Egypt in testing and balancing services.

Job Duties:

Daily managing & arranging appointments and meetings

Booking meeting rooms.

Organize and plan all top management travels and hotel accommodations.

Attend and take minutes of meetings.

Assist CEO, GM, and Deputy Gm in any related tasks.

Arrange meetings

Prepare reports and presentations.

Follow up on delegated tasks and activities.

Create a solid filing system for any related board member’s activities/meetings.

Job Specifications:

Presentable.

V. Good English Speaker.

Attention to details.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

1-3 years of experience.

Strong organizing and planning skills.

Trustworthy and efficient.

Prior experience in communicating with the top management level.”
