Qualifications :

▪︎(1-2) of experience in current Avaya solutions.

▪︎Strong organizational skills, able to co-ordinate complex projects involving multiple parties, interrelated issues and demanding timelines.

▪︎Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.

▪︎Strong analytical skills for timely reporting metrics.

▪︎Willingness to work weekends and after hours as required.

▪︎Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

▪︎Current Avaya CM Certification or Cisco network certification.
